We started Shadowing Opportunities For All (SOFA) to bridge the gap between education and industry. SOFA is a new platform, delivered via an app, designed to simplify, streamline, and scale job shadowing experiences - making it easier for high school students to explore careers and for industry partners to engage with future talent. We open doors, minds, and opportunities by connecting students with 2-3 hour job shadowing experiences in skilled trades and other high demand fields.

Whether students pursue a traditional university degree or decide to explore the trades, SOFA provides a pathway for young people to make more informed decisions for their futures.
